4BY4 Inc., a deep learning-based video enhancement company, is seeking official Japanese local partners to lead marketing activities and identify PoC partners for our AI video solution PIXELL in the Japanese market.
株式会社4BY4（4by4 Inc.）は、AIベースの映像高画質化および圧縮ソリューション「PIXELL」の日本市場展開に向け、現地でのマーケティング活動およびPoCパートナーの発掘を担う正式なパートナーを募集いたします。

1. Purpose | 募集目的 

PIXELL is an AI-powered video optimization and compression solution already deployed by global broadcasters, OTT platforms, and educational content providers.
「PIXELL」は、グローバルな放送・メディア、OTTプラットフォーム、教育機関などで活用されているAIベースの映像最適化・圧縮ソリューションです。 

2. Scope of Work (Partner’s Responsibilities) | 主な業務内容（パートナーの役割） 

• - Identify and approach potential PoC partners in Japan｜日本国内で適切なPoCパートナーの調査・接触 

• - Participate in Content Tokyo (July 2, 2025) and promote PIXELL｜2025年7月2日のContent Tokyoに出展し、PIXELLを紹介 

• - Plan and execute Inter BEE participation in November｜11月のInter BEE出展を企画・実行 

• -    - Local booth management｜現地ブースの運営 

• -    - Arrange B2B meetings with broadcasters and content firms｜放送局・コンテンツ企業とのビジネスミーティングを調整 

• -    *Inter BEE is Japan’s largest broadcasting technology exhibition and a critical gateway for strategic clients.*｜*Inter BEEは日本最大級の放送技術展示会で、戦略的クライアント獲得の場です。* 

• - Propose and coordinate additional events and exhibitions｜追加の展示会やイベントの企画・共有 

• - Plan and host an offline demo event in August｜8月中にオフラインデモイベントの共同開催（会場選定、顧客招待など） 

• - Review Japanese translation of marketing materials｜製品・マーケティング資料の日本語翻訳レビュー 

• - Localize and execute online advertising (with 4BY4’s budget)｜ローカライズ資料を活用したオンライン広告の実施（マーケティング費用は別途支援）

3. Contract Terms | 契約条件（概要） 

• Contract Period: Signing date – November 30, 2025｜契約期間：契約締結日～2025年11月30日
• Total Fee: USD 30,000｜契約金額：合計30,000ドル
- First Payment: USD 15,000 by end of June｜第1回支払：6月末 15,000ドル
- Final Payment: USD 15,000 by end of October｜第2回支払：10月末 15,000ドル
- Payment due within 5 business days upon invoice｜請求書受領後5営業日以内に支払い
• Deliverables:
- Event Reports (Content Tokyo, Inter BEE, etc.)｜展示会報告書（Content Tokyo・Inter BEEなど）
   - PoC Partner List & Meeting Records｜PoC候補企業リストおよびミーティング記録 

4. Eligibility | 応募資格 

• - Experience in tech/video/AI sector and PoC project management preferred｜IT・映像・AI分野の知見およびPoC実績を有する企業を優遇 

• - Proficiency in both Japanese and English communication｜日本語および英語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
